From November 27-29, 2024, the Policy and Planning Division organized a workshop to review the 5-Year Medium-Term Development Strategy Plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (2023-2027) at the Laguna Grand & Spa Hotel, Songkhla, Muang Songkhla District, Songkhla Province. The workshop was led by Assistant Professor Udon Namsen, Vice President, who opened the event, and Ms. Wanpen Chittapong, Director of the Policy and Planning Division, who explained the objectives of the project as follows:
– November 27, 2024:
The goal of this session was to drive the implementation of the 5-Year Medium-Term Development Strategy Plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (2023-2027) into action. The Vice President, with the support of the Committee, was responsible for overseeing and monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
– November 28-29, 2024:
This part of the workshop focused on reviewing the 5-Year Medium-Term Development Strategy Plan of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (2023-2027) to prepare for assessment according to the Education Quality Assurance Criteria for Excellence (EdPEx) for the fiscal year 2026.
The participants included university executives and personnel involved in policy and planning, who engaged in brainstorming sessions to review the university’s development strategy. The goal was to gather input that would help refine the plan for future strategic development.
This workshop aimed to ensure that the university’s strategic development plan remains aligned with the evolving needs of the institution and prepares it for future evaluation and improvement.
